How to enroll
- 01
Step 1: Get in touch
Call the office, text, or write to us, in English, French or Haitian Creole. Someone answers within a school day and can say whether there is room in your child's grade.
- 02
Step 2: Visit the school
Come for a visit day: a morning in a classroom and a talk with the head of school. Children come along, and parents hear a lesson in French.
- 03
Step 3: Apply
The application asks about your family, the grade your child is entering and any French your child already knows. None is needed. Applications open in November for the fall.
- 04
Step 4: Hear from us
Every family hears at the same time, in March, by letter and by phone.
- 05
Step 5: Register
Sign the enrollment agreement to hold a place. Forms for health and pickup go to the office privately, once you enroll.
- 06
Step 6: The first day
Families come for a short gathering on the first morning. Lunch and the day's schedule are explained then.

Most of our families start from the beginning
Children who join in kindergarten and grade 1 learn French the way they learned their first words, through songs, pictures and play. Children who join later are placed in the grade that suits their age, and the teacher spends extra minutes with them in the first weeks. Tell us at the visit what your child already knows; we ask privately once you enroll for anything more.
